The Checkout Process

Once you have added items to your basket and clicked the "Proceed to Checkout" button, you will arrive at the Checkout facility asking you to "Enter your email". The points below will guide you through the steps you need to complete your order

1) Enter your email address in there and click "continue"
   
2) This will then take you to a screen where you need to complete 4 more steps.
   
3) The first step (marked with a red box with the number 1 in it - see right) is to select your Delivery options from the dropdown menu. e.g. "British Mainland". Once you have selected this, the red box will be replaced with a "tick" (see right)


   
4) Click the "Add" button of the Delivery address section and add your details in there, then click "continue" button once all entered. You will then return to the Checkout summary page with your details filled in. If you need to change any of the details, simply click the "Change" button that now appears instead of the "Add"
 
5) Finally add your Payment details, and again click continue once everything is entered. Again, you will return to the Checkout summary page with the payment details filled in. If you need to change any of the details, simply click the "Change" button that now appears instead of the "Add"
 

6) Once all above have been entered, a final "Order" button will appear at the bottom of the page - which when clicked will validate your credit card details in realtime, and if successful will send the order and will display your confirmation order for you to print. You will also be emailed a confirmation order.

If your credit card is declined, go back into the "Payment details" section and check that you have entered the correct card number, expiry date and name. Once you have amended the details and returned back to the main screen, click the "order" button again.
